How long does shipping take?

  • If your order is delayed for 3 days, you’re eligible for a 30% refund as our way of making it right. Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll process the refund for you.

  • If your order is delayed for 5 days, you’re eligible for a 100% refund as our way of making it right. Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll process the refund for you .

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If You Have an Account
    Log in to your eBizHop FurPets account.
    Go to Order History and select the order you want to cancel.
    Click Request Cancellation (if available) and confirm.

For orders cancellation, We offer a full refund before products are processed by Supplier

a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

b. After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.

c. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as planned and prepared for you after payment.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a free exchange.
